Lesley is a multi media artist who has used foil and wire in combination with her textile work over the years. By reusing waste materials found around the home you can add a decorative and sustainable element to this year’s festive decor. This 3 hour beginner friendly workshop combines metal foil embossing and wire to make festive decorations to hang on your tree or give as a gift.
Tools and basic materials will be provided for this workshop to get you started.
Participants are encouraged to collect and bring along recycled packaging such as tomato paste tubes (rinsed and cleaned out), other firm pliable metallic tubes, also embellishments to include eg beads, buttons and charms.
