Checklist:
- Invitation to respond to the theme title “True Colours”- Cyndi Lauper
- Exhibit must be textile in nature.
- All pieces are wall-hung from a Dado rail using plastic/wire and needs to have 15mm D-rings attached in advance of hanging day. 15mm D-rings are attached near the top of the piece.
- Pieces may not be free standing due to Health and Safety constraints.
- Where framed, the frame is preferably white.
- Where un-framed, consideration must be given to how it will hang using 15mm D rings. Typically members should consider a solid horizontal bar with 15mm D-rings attached to form part of the piece.
- Members are permitted to make multiple submission. Due to space constraints not all pieces may be hung.
- Hanging fee: The hanging fee is €10 per piece which is to be paid in cash on delivery of the work.
- Please specify if your piece is for sale and at what price. If not for sale indicate “Not For Sale” (NFS). Sales are subject to a 20% commission to CTN.
- Attach details to the reverse of the piece for hanging day stating member’s name and name of piece.
- Timelines: Email Dee Sweeney deirdre184@gmail.com on or before 18th November 2026. Deliver piece on Hanging Day Wednesday 25th November 2026, to Cork School of Music between 9:30am and 10:30 am. Official Opening is on Thursday 26th November 2026. Closing to public on Monday 4th January 2027, collection of work is Tuesday 5th January 2027 between 10:00am and 11:00 am.
- Neither the Cork School of Music or Cork Textiles Network accept liability for any item submitted that may be lost, stolen or damaged. By submitting a piece you are accepting this.
