Cork Textiles Network is once again delighted to announce a group exhibition at the MTU Cork School of Music.
The dates: Thursday 26th November 2026 to Monday 4th January 2027 inclusive. During MTU SoM opening hours.
Members have been invited to respond to the theme/title ‘True Colours’
A popular hit by American singer, songwriter and activist Cyndi Lauper.
Inspired by the loss of her friend Gregory Natal to HIV/AIDS, the “True Colours” music video and “True Colours” lyrics promote love, acceptance, and being true to oneself. The track’s powerful message has made it a symbol of strength and vulnerability within the LGBTQ+ community for generations.
